Delivery and Return

Delivery

All orders of artworks will be shipped within 7 days, however delivery time will depend upon product availability.

I can often organise shipping sooner than these delivery times if the order is already in stock. Otherwise, I need to produce(write) it as a new work, which will relatively need some more time. If you have a special request for delivery by a particular date please let me know and I will do my best to meet your request.

International Delivery

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post Standard International Shipping.

Return

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at hello@pirlocalligraphy.com and I will organise the exchange for you.

Refund

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
