Order processing & delivery

All artworks are handwritten by me in South Australia, and each piece requires time and care.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping: I ship worldwide via Australia Post.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the item is dispatched.

Delivery time varies by country, but most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks depending on local postal carriers.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

I pack every artwork carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos. I will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.

Please keep the packaging and report it as “damaged upon arrival” to help with postal claims.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide.Delivery times vary by region and customs process.Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Can I see the calligraphy before I buy it?

Yes. Of course you can. You can visit my studio. I am in Adelaide, SA, Australia. Email me and let’s make a time.

Certificates of authenticity?

Yes, if you would like a Certificate of Authenticity, I am more than happy to provide you with one. Just let me know on purchase.

Pirlo Wang retains copyright in all Original Artworks (and Prints). Which means I also have the right to make a print of an Original Artwork or part of an Original Artwork sold.

You can share a picture of the Artwork on social media, but you are not allowed to otherwise copy or reproduce the Artwork in any way. In particular, you cannot make a copy or print of Artwork for any commercial or other purpose, unless you have my explicate permission. I did not make this up, it is copyright law.

What payment types do you offer?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Afterpay or Paypal.

How do I check my order status?

You can log into your account to see what stage your order is at. When it is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Will the calligraphy I receive be exactly the same as what I see on my screen?

Not a simple question to answer. All the works are hand-written by me which means I need to write the same pieces for the different customers. So you will probably receive the works look a bit different from the one on you screen.
